Our family had the best experience we could ask for when each of our parents passed away recently. The staff made the saddest of times easier by taking special care of our family, our guests, and most importantly the respect and dignity they showed towards our parents.
They were wonderful with my mother she looked amazing when me and my sister got to see her.
I was appalled by the way we were treated. Everything was about the money! Only the person paying for the service was treated with any respect. Ramsey's Funeral Home in Standish treated us ALL respectfully and the COST WAS FAR LESS than what Steuernol & McLaren cost. I would never use Steuernol & McLaren.
