Since it really has no composition it can price what its like. Lines can be long and they are under staffed. This makes employees grumpy, but who wouldn't be when you're dealing with the public. I give it 4 star's only for the employees.
The pharmacy in family fare is amazing!! They gave gone above and beyond for me. Their pharmacy techs are really nice and helpful and their pharmacists both Amy and Phill are amazing. I recommend them instead of one of the big chains around here any day of the week!!
They have coffee, water and great bags of popcorn for customers to have while shopping!!! They also offer a FREE item every Wed. (with your YES card) and usually have that item right next to kiosk to make it easier to know you have right one. Staff is very helpful and curtious.
This grocery store, for it's size is good for small grocery trips or if you just shop the sales. They have incentives such as the "yes" card, which offers savings, monthly item giveaways and weekly specials. Family Fare pharmacy is located in the store, with professional staff and convenient hours of operation. It's clean and organized. Most of the employees are friendly and always helpful. A tradeoff for slightly higher prices for a more personal and less stressful experience.
Since this is the only grocery store in Standish, they can price their products as high as they like. And they do! They must be under staffed, because the help is anything but helpful. Most of the time they are rude. Maybe their under paid. If you can find another store before you hit Standish I suggest you go there.
