Professional warm inviting staff. Awesome atmosphere. Physical therapist is amazing and has an aquatic pool to help relieve the pressure off my joints during therapy. No waiting and same day appointments which is excellent. People should come in and give them a try and enjoy all the benefits Adapt has to offer for all your Physical Therapy needs.
Very friendly and helpful staff! All of the ladies take their time and explain to the patient what they need to do so you can manage your pain on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend the office in St Helen to anyone who needs Physical therapy.

Adapt hands down is the best place to go for physical therapy. The therapist are very knowledgeable, the physical therapist assistants are always happy to help the patients that go there work to achieve the goals they have to get better, and the front office staff are easy to work with in getting scheduled and other things. I will always make Adapt my choice for my physical therapy needs and will take my kids and recommend my friends to go as well.
