Online says hours are til 630pm. Get there at 3pm to wash 1 load. Sign on the door says they close at 4. Still gives an hour so ok. Head in there & lady says no because they have to clean the machines so you can't wash anything. No other laundromat around. Try changing your hours or doing your work on the machines after you clothes like most places.

Only laundromat in town. They have a variety of washing machines and dryers in a variety of sizes, very nice, quite a few are pretty new. Three TV's, if you have to wait while you wash. Also, good location downtown, just off of Houghton Ave.

Had to visit to do laundry for my daughter between weeks at camp. There were plenty of open machines, and when we had a small problem, the lady working there was friendly and helpful. Not my favorite hang-out spot in West Branch, but will visit again the next time I need to do laundry in the area.
