Took in a copy of Skyrim that had the halo scratch in the disc. At first they didn't want to do the cleaning/resurfacing because they were afraid that it wouldn't work. Upon asking them to give it a try because the disc wouldn't work anyway, they put it into the machine and cleaned it for me for no charge. Got the disc home and it worked! Thanks so much ladies! Much appreciated because now I don't have to purchase a new copy of the game.

Great prices, but most of their DVDs are at least moderately scratched.
