I'm on the bus right now. It's 4:16pm, 9-12-17. I was picked up a couple minutes after 3pm to make it to work by 4pm. Not sure how late I'll be yet but it's going to be close to an hour.
Continued- Obviously, someone is reading my review. I'm not sure if it's joke but I just want to get picked up when I've requested and dropped off in a timely manner. I was 40 minutes late for work on 9-12 and was picked at 3. I spent 1hour 40 minutes on the bus over a 24 minute drive. Ever since, I've been picked up, no sooner than, 30 minutes after my scheduled time. This is ridiculous.
What is the point of transit if they don't do all of Ogemaw county?! Also, many, many, many times we have had to find alternative rides because they never get you to the appointment, work or any other scheduled event on time. Never would I ride unless it was life or death and even then it may be faster and more reliable to just walk. Very, very irritating!
I called to get a ride to school bc I was late. Called around 8;40, and waited around my house for around an hour. They passed my house, and didn't even stop for me.
