We love Big Boy's in West Branch. Great food, fantastic service, always welcoming and always go above to get you what you would like. Always a cheerful staff/crew and management Always supportive of their crew and works right along with crew. Nice clean friendly atmosphere

Our visit was for Veterans day and it the breakfast bar was excellent. The waitstaff was also excellent. Thank you Big Boy for honoring all the veterans!
A great stop on I-75 exit 212. Very clean restaurant, friendly competent staff that treats you like family. Food came out hot and fast. Drinks were never allowed to be empty. Full breakfast buffet on Sunday. Portion sizes are very good for cost. Happy to be here.
The breakfast buffet was terrible, and I got there early just after 8:00 am and figured it would be better. The sausage was burnt and could have broken a window with the French toast it was so hard. The service was very slow and not alot of people in the restaurant
