This is one of the better quality outlet stores my mother and me have been to, with one of the employees complimenting us on an old purse that my mother had with her. Unlike some of the stores in this Tanger Outlet mall, this one has the HVAC in its ceiling covered. Some wear and tear in parts of the store (scuffed walls and floors) do not put a big damper on the experience, with many of the offerings here (primarily purses) being stylish.
We were on our way to Petosky and stumbled over this gem of a store. They were nice and attentive. I walked out the door with the smile on my face. This is one of the best Coach outlet stores in MI.
