We recently purchased a used vehicle from Hart. Mike was the salesman and he was great, so was his financing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, I recommend the Hart dealership if your looking for a new or used vehicle!
The worst experience..was quoted $50.00 for diagnosis of my 2007 GMC Acadia. So I had it towed in. About 1 1/2 hours later received a phone call stating the battery cable is broken What?? It wasn't broke before this. And it's 400.00+ to fix that. And it's the body control module so the total is 1080.00 and it's 200.00 to reprogram the computer. So today I go to pay for diagnostic and have it towed back home. It's 200.00. Wait hold on how much????? Yes it's electronic issue we charge per hour for electric scan. It took over 2 hours. Nope it was 1 1/2 hours after my vehicle was towed in.. and you told me $50.00. Well that would of been correct if you would have your vehicle fixed by us.. REALLY????
Not happy with them! they what I needed but they was unwilling to work with me.
I had a problem with my truck, service manager Jim promptly took care of it and took pride in the dealership and handle everything. The service advisors were also a huge help and pleasant to deal with. I will be coming back here if I need service on my vehicle. Thanks again Dan Moak
What great service from Hart Buick! Made a spur of the moment stop in for an oil change, they were accommodating and pleasant, got us in and out. Very happy with this dealership!
