Unfortunately I purchased a brand new riding mower from the West Branch Sears and it was so difficult to push the throttle pedal that my leg went numb. I wanted to upgrade to next size and the company insisted on charging me a 15% restocking fee for a mower I used once. Very sad that Sears does not stand behind their products or their customers! After days of disputes, their dishonesty on charging me on a brand new riding mower, I am out $225 and will be going across the road to purchase a mower from Home Depot. Sears recommendation for me was..."Get a stronger leg" and "you chose it". Very dissatisfied with a company that used to have excellent quality and customer service.
